    IW did the replacement of our dining room carpet after some fire damage. Very smooth process to arrange it. Professional assessment of what we needed. Fitters (Max and Gary?) in and out in no time; very friendly. I had paid for underrlay in case it needed replacing; wasnt needed and I had the refund within an hour of the fitters leaving. Great.
