2 wasted journeys to the shop during times their telephone message says they will be open, only to find it closed up with the shutters down. No option to leave a voicemail. Tried to email them on the email address give on the telephone message but it bounces straight back saying the address is unknown.

Poor service. I had order from them multiple items they delivered one part of it with a huge delay, when one single item from my order has arrived I've been told the rest will be with me within a couple of days it's been two weeks ago and still nothing, also didn't reply for the email what I left for them a week ago. Today I try to get in touch with them trough the phone and ask about my delivery I've been told that they can't deliver the rest of my order because I only paid one for the delivery but I can pick up. The delivery charge is 5pound if they can't manage to get my order in one they should offer multiple drop off for that price. So disappointed

I came in today to buy a secondary school uniform. The shop was busy, which I totally understand however we were stood there for about 15 mins and no one even acknowledged our presence or said where to wait. The whole experience felt chaotic and I felt awkward. I walked out and will buy school uniform else where

Purchased a school PE tshirt which got a hole in after only 2 weeks (4 wears) and the shop refused to exchange it as 'they couldn't prove how the damage was done'. It was under the arm along the seam, not a big rip in the front. Would have taken it further but it's not worth the hassle. Appalling customer service.
