  This firm has helped me to get my indifinite visa from very complex situation when i was receiving only negative outcomes before this and had lost all hopes (esp.when other barristers had said no any options except to go back home and try again) Mr. Paul was my last try/hope in my case but he and his team helped me to solve it and got my ILR.   We first contacted Paul in 2015 after my then girlfriend had three visit Visa refusals to the UK. We were almost at the point of giving up, noting that one of the failed applications was through a separate solicitor who assured us it would be a straight forward process. After contacting my local MP he also had no success even after contacting the Head of Immigration. After some time of almost giving up we researched other options and came across Paul's website and did some research on him, we checked his credentials and noting his previous successes, we decided to contact Paul's office. We explained our situation and Paul outlined to us why we had previously been declined and explained how he would help us comprehensively address the original reasons and subsequent reasons for the refusals, he also outlined out rights, and therefore we felt confident he could help us. So after another application through Paul's office we finally got a positive result and my then girlfriend was able to enter the country again after 2 years, which was extremely strained. Since then our relationship has progressed further we got married last year in August and with Paul's further support we have successfully managed to get a marriage visa, my wife is now here in the UK and we can start our lives together. It had been an extremely difficult part of our lives and I would not like to think where we would be now without Paul's support. So our lives are now reset and we are able to breath again. So I would certainly recommend Paul as a highly competent barrister in his field! (April 2023 update below): Having gone through years of pain with the UK immigration and numerous setbacks by ourselves and other legal services we researched immigration barristers and found Paul Turner and his Team who we employed and worked through our case and argued the truth which was twisted and biased by an immigration officer at border control, I am sure there are many others out there who have similar experiences. Paul and his Team knew exactly how to deal with the route issues raised and systematically addressed each and highlighted our basic human rights to seek a life together. Our case should have been straight forward but it seems things are not always fair in life and sometimes we all need experts in their field like Paul and his Team to work through these things. I would also like to personally thank Uzair for his assistance and attentiveness in our case, would definitely like to buy both Paul and Uzair a beer if ever I get to meet them in person! Thank you Imperial Chambers for letting us just get on and live our lives!

  "5 stars are not enough " I dont know where to start but i will try to keep it as short as possible . I have been in the united kingdom for the last 12 years . I have made more than 8 applications during those years based on assylum, private life , article 8 , article 3 and i met and dealt with more than 8 different solicitor/barrister and i have been failed with all of them . Its been a stressful 12 years of my life i have faced so many struggles , anxiety and all sort of mental health issues because of my situation here in the uk . I came to a point where i believed that i had no future and i will be deported back home . But everything has changed since i start a fresh claim with imperial chambers and Mr Paul Turner which i found on google when i searched for " best barrister in the uk " and it was my last chance because i was planning to end my life . Today im making this review with a granted leave to remain and the decision was made in the court despite the complication of my case . Mr Paul and his team specially Kim & Harry simply changed my life and not only mine but my family too . I can't thank Mr Paul enough for the way he represented me in the court with so much knowledge and facts and he was able to prove the HO wrong . Imperial chambers Team worked on my case tirelessly and took their time to understand it very well .
