Excellent service from initial contact through to pick up. Recently purchased Ford Ranger from Imperials. Dealt with Jake for the sale and Warren for the finance. Communications from the start were good and extra photos of vehicle sent via WhatsApp when requested. They always replied with any queries during the process and Warren was on hand to sort out process with finance. Travelled 200 miles to pick up vehicle and wasn't disappointed. Jake sorted final paperwork out within half hour and I was driving off. Great experience with Imperials and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience purchasing my Mercedes C200 Cabriolet AMG. Very good customer service from my salesman Jim Wonnacott. Went out of his way to get me the right car and after sales arranged my private plate free of charge and organised a touch up pen for a couple of minor stone chips which he got their detailer to correct. I have bought a number of cars from main dealerships in the past but I found Imperials and their customer service and vehicles better. Organising finance was made easy and I would definitely recommend friends and family to source vehicles from them. Enjoying the car thanks to Imperials and Jim.
