One of the top 2 experiences I’ve had with a jeweller in Hatton Gardens and it’s not number 2! From the second my partner and I walked in, we were greeted and made to feel comfortable immediately, all the members of staff showed great customer service even offering me water whilst I took my medication. The staff were all heavily informed on all products they were selling which to me shows the amazingly high levels professionalism. Although we didn’t end up purchasing anything, I’ve now gained a lifetime connection with a solid group of individuals who will assist me with any queries I may have regarding jewellery. I don’t leave reviews frequently, but when you stumble across a solid group of professionals, you have to. Once again, a massive Thank you to everyone at Imperial Time. I will be in touch very soon!
