Exceptional service from start to finish. Tariq was a pleasure to deal with, answered all the questions I had and made me feel confident that I was buying a car of real quality. Having travelled from Edinburgh to view the car, he accommodated me in every way possible. Opened up early and picked me up from the airport, you wont get this level of service from a big dealership. As for the car, it was exactly as stated, was seriously impressed with its condition and had no issues with it on the 300 mile drive back up the road. Top man.

This is exactly how a car dealership should treat its customers. Tariq is so welcoming and helpful straight from the first meeting. I was allowed to test drive an Audi tt for as long as I wanted with no pressure to buy or leave a deposit, he said go away think about it and if you want to come back again to test drive you are more than welcome. I decided I wanted the car but pointed out a couple of cosmetic issues which he agreed to get done without hesitation. Few days later the car was done and he invited me back to see the car and test drive again and make sure I was 100% happy before buying. If you are in the market for a nice second hand car without the usual dealership hassles then I can recommend Tariq highly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you

Having driven from Essex to near birmingham, we were pleased to find the car was exactly as described and Tariq was very helpful, sending videos etc. My heart sunk when the car picked up a problem after a couple of weeks (through no fault of imperial) but tariq reassured me and ended up covering all the repair costs. I must say I was thoroughly impressed with his integrity and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again!

What can I say but this is how all car dealerships should be run. The car we looked at was everything we expected and more. Tariq the owner is a real gentleman so polite and helpful, he asked if we wanted to go away and think about it once we got back from the test drive but we didn't need to as the car was perfect. We had seen other cars at bigger garages and each one was a disappointment and pushy sales staff were like leaches. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a genuine quality car without the pushy sales staff. Thank you Tariq.
