For reasons I won't bore everybody with, we've been to the Imperial Palace 3 times in as many weeks, not booked and been welcomed! Service is amazingly swift, the food is very tasty and hot, good choice, even dipping into other countries cuisines (Thai and Malaysian). Cannot fault this place.

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, the staff were extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, they seemed uninterested and disengaged. Staff, they were unapologetic and seemed irritated that we were complaining. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was marred by the poor attitude and lack of professionalism of the staff. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
