    Where i work ordered their complete office set up from Imperial, every single tambour cupboard doors has broken, one tambours doors have only been opened and closed a few dozen times and they broke, standard cupboards are no better, door do not close correctly. Called Imperial about this and they said the door only have a 1 year warranty, tried to explain that is the tambour thats the issue, not the doors. would have been better off with ikea products. Stay away from products from Imperial they are not worth the money and break so easy.

    Bad service promises a delivery date and time but alway let's you down with some excuse or other so need book another delivery and another day of waiting in, and can get get better offers and delivery elsewhere

    Quite simply...... Horrific! We needed a dining set with Easter weekend approaching. Found one at Imperial Office Furniture which the website said was in stock and could be delivered in 3 days. Order placed at £900. Then received an email saying set would be delivered in approximately one week. Called to query this and was told set was NOT in stock and would not be in stock for another 5-6 weeks. I was refunded in full for the set purchased, but due to limited time remaining, I had few other options so chose a SECOND set at Imperial and was assured this was in stock and could be delivered within 48 hours. I paid and was told to expect an text from Imperials courier the night before delivery. I did not hear anything! The day of the delivery (the day before Good Friday), having taken the day off work, I called Imperial to check delivery time, or at least tried to, but could not get through. Eventually someone answered the phone who said she would investigate and call me back in 10 mins. She didn't. I called again, and waited again, same lady answered the phone who again promised to investigate and call me back. Once again, she didnt!" So, I called again (yawn - total waiting time over an hour across the 3 calls) and spoke to somebody called Ben. Ben advised me that despite taking my money, Imperial had "forgotten" to process the order and the best he could do was to arrange delivery for Weds/Thurs the FOLLOWING week. I asked for a sameday delivery (only 40miles) and was told this was not possible. Brilliant! So I arranged a sameday collection MYSELF. Ben provided me with a collection address. Only it was the wrong address! Finally got my set, but what a complete farce and a horrible experience. Not one I would ever repeat or recommend. Madness at its finest!
