We used Imperial Law to move house last year - if I could give 0 stars I would. It seems to be 1 person who works here and they never reply to emails, or keep you updated on the process. I had to chase regularly to find out what was going on, and was told by estate agents and the person buying our house when things holding up the process were from our side. I did not enjoy working with this firm - they made the house buying process 10x more stressful. Its been 4 months since we moved house and only just settled everything.

I found a property in march 2021 my condition in being able to have the property was it had to be done super fast which i thought was imposible in covid times every solicitor has an excuse but Yasir from imperial law was amazing and fast something i had never witnessed before every time i emailed i had a responce i had emails out of office hours i emailed once after 7pm worried about an issue from the lazy sellers solicitor and Yasir called me straight away to reassure me it would be sorted and to his word he was outstanding from start to finish 5 stars is no where near enough!!! in covid i had 5 weeks from start to finish in that time he did all searches including the dreaded local and completed A++++++
