Prompt, courteous and helpful people. We had a customer with a knee injury which severely damaged his mobility, the driver arranged space for the damaged leg, helped seat the injured passenger and comforted him. Humanity at best!

This is the second time let down by this place last minute. The operator is dishonest. Booked a cab 2 hours earlier to take my elderly mum for an appointment. Didn’t turn up. Called and said 15 mins. Called again this time said an hour! Now missed the appointment and they are not answering. Such unreliable and useless service! I wish I could give 0.

Do not use. Didnt turn up when I needed to get to airport even though I pre-booked was told they only had 3 drivers and seemed that it was my fault for being annoyed that my cab never turnt up was not told in advance that my cab wouldnt arrive.

If I could award 0 I would. I have used this company and really liked their service and lovely drivers for 20 years. Today I asked them to pick up an elderly friend of mine. He was waiting outside his house for 40 minutes. They kept lying about the time ridiculously. At one point they claimed it would be 1 and a half minutes….5 minutes later they still weren’t here and so it went on. There was no of duty of care whatsoever, about the fact that they were seriously stressing out an old person. No apology at all. When I complained, the lady on the phone was proud to tell me that I would be welcome to complain…she couldn’t care less. My friend with very serious back problems stood and waited in agony for 40mins. Utterly disillusioned. I should mention that despite being quoted £8.50 for the ride, the driver refused to give me change from £10. How on Earth can you go against a quote you have given. So they officially stole £1.50! It’s not the end of the world financially, but it is pretty disgusting. It just got worse and worse…. According to my friend there was vomit on the seatbelt to him….I won’t return. Ever. I really hope they remove that aggressive lady from their staff as she is doing them no favours. What a sad end to a relationship with a company who cared for my disabled mother many times and helped me out loads of times previously when I was in need. Perhaps they have changed ownership? Or employed the wrong people unfortunately.

My first driver to Union Chapel was on time and courteous. Knew the way and charged me £8.50 The return driver was not so good. Didn't know the way back to where I was staying even though the Company had my Postcode - same location as pick up earlier that evening. He didn't use a navigation tool, tried to get me to go to a party in Whitechapel and eventually as he was obviously lost I got out opposite Pentonville Prison in the dark at 11pm. Not a nice experience He charged me £12.50 for the ride and wanted £15 because he had waited 5 mins outside Union Chapel to pick me up. A horrible experience which totally ruined my evening. I am 68 years old and had to find my way back to my accommodation in the dark - 15 mins walk. I will never use Imperial cars again.

Unreliable. Our taxi for a wedding arrived 25 minutes late to pick us up, and then the driver didn't know the destination, and there were only three working seatbelts for four passengers.
