I decided to see Amo and he instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease, he listened to everything I had to say and took his time and went out of his way to help me. Amo has endless knowledge and is so amazing at what he does, he has not only helped me improve physically but also got me to a better mind set mentally. I contacted Amarjit for some advice and support, he worked with me giving me tips and treatment to soothe my pain. He shared exercises for me to continue in my own time. This helped me on my road to recovery and I began safely running again. Amarjit has a very warm approach, I felt listened to and supported.
