Went for CCNA, Security+ and CEH, needless to say, Khurram has been an excellent teacher in the networking and security field. I passed all 3 courses with labs, revision and communication provided by them. CCNA was brilliant, it set the foundation I needed, coming for a telecommunications background, security+ was enjoyable and a straightforward certification, this prepares you for the final CEH exam which was an amazing learning experience. I completed 3 courses with Impact IT Training so far, and passed my Comptia Security+ and CCNA, which I'm very happy about! I am currently studying for my CEH exam here too. The courses I did were intensive, so the pace was fast. The trainers were very supportive and helped me to pass my exams. Noman taught me Comptia A+ and he was a very kind teacher. I had Khurram for my CCNA and for my CEH course. His lessons were very comprehensive and he made sure the students had all the materials in order to understand the courses fully. I would recommend Impact IT Training to anyone wishing to persue an IT-related career.

I have had a brilliant interaction with students during the training session which has helped in enhancing my study process and the gaining of knowledge. Khurram has been fantastic in impacting knowledge by using various teaching techniques to help understand some hacking scenarios and remembering some hacking and testing techniques. I did 4 certifications with Impact IT, (Comptia A+, Network+, Security+ and CEHv12) including 5 exams in total. My experience with them was incredible, taught by both Norman and Khurram, both very experienced and knowledgeable instructors. Their expertise was incredibly useful in passing the exams as well as preparing me for the job market. They really help you move from the absolute basics in my case(CompTia A+) to fully fledged security expertise in security+ and CEHv12 in my case. I am incredibly grateful for their guidance, and would definitely recommend people to their training centre if they want to upskill their current IT skills or if they're just starting out from scratch. Thank you so much once again to both Khurram and Norman.

I did 4 certifications with ImpactIT, (Comptia A+, Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ-104, Microsoft Modern Desktop MD 100/101 and Microsoft 365 MS-100/101) including 7 exams in total. My experience with ImpactIT was a great, I was taught by Noman (lecturer), although, they are all Fast-Track courses, Noman was able to teach you critical points of the subject, Noman will provide key/tips in prepping for your exams and further guidance before/after getting your IT job. At the same time, ImpactIT will support you when you put in the work to achieve your goals. In the end, I managed to get the job where I needed to be and thanks to Noman for insisting myself to get there. Advice for Everyone: These courses are not easy and you will have to use a lot of your own initiative/innovation to pass these certs, plus, it takes a lot hard work, dedication, and sacrifice.

I was completely new to IT with no previous experience in the industry. Comptia A+ and N+ are very good courses here. Taught me very well with excellent mock tests. I also took ccna but was dissatisfied by the mock tests provided. A lot of the answers were wrong and the mock test for ccna is not like comptia. You are unable to test yourself and the revision materials provided are not greatly structured. A lot of duplicate options for the answers and many wrong answers to mock questions. Also when you initially book with them they say you can retake/take refresher classes if needed. I was denied this opportunity for ccna.
