    Had a complicated parcel to send recently. Contacted Impact Express and was helped through the whole process by James who was so helpful and responsive. My parcel got delivered next day before 12 noon to Europe without any issues. I will definitely use Impact Express in future-the service is 5 star in my opinion. It can be difficult to find a company that keeps to their promise-but Impact Express did not disappoint.

    Would give this 0 stars if it was possible! I experienced really poor service sending my iPhone8 abroad. I specifically chose this company because they said they were experts in posting valuable items like phones. It was the complete opposite, very bad service. They failed to tell me to put iPhone8 when filling in their online form, this meant I got no insurance cover. Andrew and Kelly were unresponsive despite me calling and emailing daily, they had so many stories that contradicted each other. I wouldn't recommend sending anything valuable with this company. There insurance does not actually mean insurance when valuable items are lost. They also are not responsive and were evasive when replying to requests. It was so much harder having Impact Express as a middle man they made the process more stressful. Claims took over 3 months and they still didn't refund me for my lost iPhone8.

    Don't bother, absolute rip off, and they take ages, your better off getting quotes from parcel2go, myparceldelivery or even transglobal as the quotes I would get aren't even nearly competitive and they are with tried and tested carriers like UPS, Parcel2go, Hermes, (not so bad) and I tend to ship quite alot of parcels, online booking with the 3 above mentioned agents makes life so much easier and with P2G you get an extra £5 for every £100 prepay, been using for quite a while now and everything is easy with also online chat support.
