Don’t even waste your time contacting them for any vacancies. Holly is someone who I was referred to speak to on the 6th of September. She said she put my cv to a team that deals with people that have my Customer Service experience. I emailed back asking her what team she sent my cv to on the 7th of September. She never even replied back. I called the office again & then they said they would contact Holly when she gets in. I think it was her I spoke to pretending to be someone else called Hannah. That’s what she said when I asked who I was speaking to. They don’t even introduce themselves on the phone when you call them. I have good voice recognition so that’s how I knew it was her. They asked for my email & then Holly emailed me saying she passed it to the Temp team my cv literally 8 minutes after I called. I asked what is their number she never replied. They have no work for anyone. There reviews are fake. They won’t last long by wasting new candidates time. I will never refer anyone to deal with them, or even my worse enemy. One day I’ll have my own business you must be careful how you treat people & not to underestimate candidates. You never know how successsful people can become in life. Good luck Impact you won’t be in business long with your stupid staff!

Absolutely horrible recruitment agency. It looks like they on-board new people on their systems only to send their rubbish emails about the hidden jobs that they have. Despite following them up for nearly 3 months they kept telling me "the job market is slow" or "there is nothing for you" while I can clearly see them actively posting new jobs on Linkedin. They delete negative reviews and all their positive reviews are probably by recruiters themselves. Absolute scam. AVOID!
