Second visit today! I was greeted warmly on a cold a dismal Monday afternoon and after thinking I’d smashed my iPhone screen I thought I was in for a big bill! The guy who served me said ‘I can make your day!’ and proceeded to tell me I’d cracked the screen protector NOT the phones screen! What a legend! I bought a new screen protector which he fitted and I was on my way! Highly recommend this place for excellent customer care and problem solving! They also have a huge range of items from earphones to watch straps to iPhone cases. I’ll be back soon team, thanks so much for the help!

My young daughter came in today (Halloween) paid £100 to have her screen and camera fixed!! Her camera has stopped working 3 hours later and the screen now won’t let let her Face ID work or unlock by swipe!! Not happy returning tomorrow for a refund!

2nd Visit: Just bought a new phone from IMobile and they couldn't have been more helpful and I'm absolutely delighted with my new phone and the advice given in helping me to select it and all at a great price - would absolutely recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else! 1st Visit: Great experience at this shop. These guys are so friendly and helpful and they helped retrieve information successfully from my phone which went through nearly a whole washing machine cycle so delighted with this five star service! They can always find a resolution so have used before and would definitely only go to them again and thoroughly recommend!

*Edit invoice number 21611 date 06/09/22 at 11:30am. Have email receipt. Nasty response from scammer owner. Original review - Took my IPhone 12 in for repair, unconvinced the screen was at fault after I had some ghost typing following an overheating charger. Was told it was the screen, and it needed replacing. I asked multiple times to check for anything else that could be the cause but the screen was their answer. 1 hour after replacing the screen the issue was back, I phoned the shop and was told a part had to be ordered in and I would receive a call back, which never happened. I called again a few days later and was told some of their screens were faulty and I had to pay an additional fee to replace it with an apple warranted product. I took the phone to another repair shop who identified it to be something internal, and nothing to do with the screen. Avoid this shop and their cheap con man tactics. Also bare in mind they sell vapes and push the people that buy them to review the shop quickly online whilst at till for a better deal. I now have a dodgy screen, £130 bill for it and the costs of fixing the actual phone itself. Avoid avoid avoid.
