Asked for top wash, upsold me to include some extras, fine yes, it costs extra but I don't mind, goes through the wash and the board that tells you what you've paid for said second from bottom. So paid for a product they didn't provide. First time using an automatic, I'll go back to using the jet wash at Trench loch.

Not great, I asked for the basic wash and was told that they will do the more expensive one instead as "the car is to dirty babe" (the car wasn't dirty at all and I even hosed it prior.) So I turn around and drive away. Another time I tried to use the the jet wash and was told that it's not working (it is not working for month now). Useless, never again.
