I got a couple tattoos here by Harriet and I had a great time. George who was at reception was very nice and welcoming and Harriet was friendly and we had nice chats. Love my tattoos so far, it's still quite fresh but healing nicely.

I have had both tattoo removal and a tattoo at this establishment, never been made to feel so rubbish by any other establishment. it took me over a month to secure a date on a very simple tattoo, that took 30mins to do. I was made to feel no-one wanted to tattoo me, despite paying in full many weeks before my appointment. I have had 7 months of laser treatment, equating to 4 sessions to which my tattoo were barely blurred. I have now started treatment elsewhere to which I am notice different reactions to my tattoo and skin. Service: Tattoos

Although the tattoo artists produce fine work, I am very unhappy with the operations side of it. It was only 3 days before my appointment that I had received the design for approval, and by then I had already booked the day off work, and it would have been too late to change anything. I was told an estimated 3/4 sessions to complete the 3/4 sleeve, however upon finishing the first session, only a surprisingly small portion of the tattoo was completed, although I liked the artwork and it looked great, I was not happy that it was only then I got told it would be another 5/6 sessions on TOP of what I already had, we were looking at 7 sessions total despite being told 3/4. The main issue I believe is that this place works off of an hourly/day rate, as opposed to being told a price for a piece. I genuinely believe the tattoo artists drag it out, and use the excuse that for the detailing it takes time. I ended up opting for tattoo removal, rather than completing the sleeve, due to the fact that I was expecting to pay around £1350-1800 for it, but told only after the first session that we would be looking at £2700-3150. Professional tattoo artists should be able to gauge time of completion much better than that. I am completely dissatisfied with the communication, the operations of the place, and the way jobs are priced. I have since received tattoos elsewhere, and the quality is probably just as good, but better knowing how much I will be paying, and having the design long before the date of the tattoo.
