I have been a client for few years after been ripped off by few other solicitors but all that worry was gone after my first meeting with Zareen Preston. She fully explained everything we needed in order to relocate my family from the U.S and a step by step guide to achieving a successful application. If I could give 0 stars, I would. You get what you pay for. I had the displeasure of having to deal with Zareen Preston for my husband appeal and I reached the point I had to change representatives as I could not accept the disrespect anymore. She is extremely rude at a level I have never experienced before. Always used a dismissive tone as she didn't want to do what she was doing and made me feel like she was doing me a favour when I am paying for a service. One day I called twice to speak to the other advisor Madeleine because I did not want to deal with Zareen as I was stressed and already suffer of anxiety. I got a call from Zareen instead and the way she spoke to me was disgusting. I do understand that they deal with many clients and their job can be stressful, but for being a no-profit and having to help people during these hard procedures, Zareen showed no empathy at all. If you are in the position I advise you to save, spend a bit more and go for someone that is competent and understands your struggle. This centre is not worth your money nor mental health.
