  THEY ARE SIMPLY A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS: Took money from my company when we approached them for consultation with Visa Sponsorship in January. Jarrar Tahir was the person I initially spoke with and requested for the £150 to speak to a Solicitor (Laura Butcher). Solicitor had a 3mins conversation and requested my documents to be sent for a review and till date (May), not a single feedback and when I called the solicitor, she hangs up and Never responds to my emails. Please, if you don't want to get ripped off, don't bother contacting them. I only wished I had read their review first as most other reviews says exactly same..

  Seriously slow been waiting since 2020 but due to covid to get my wife here now nearly five months later which should of not take that long to process her application to the home office still not done and I'm still waiting definitely not kept in the loop of what's going on only told it will take time I could of been divorced quicker definitely not a fast service I'm not saying there not good but definitely slow

  Not recommended. I paid the money for Irish Citizenship after being told IAS would take care of everything. Then on video online with Lawyer who told me I had to pay to get a Lawyer to sign and stamp documents. I asked for a refund in February now mid April still waiting. I strongly imagine they are a scam.

  If you want help - try to find another place. My son from Ukrain, make appointment with this "immigration helpers" cost £ 150.00. Staff mixed information and we did not receive any appointment and any help. Person from office explained - it WAS MY MISTAKE. Seems like only responsibility of company it is take money from refugees.... Now - I have no money, they said they will think about it, I have no advice.... After that I received message from them - I can not apply for another appointment. Fantastic business.

  We contacted IAS to get a quick document check on a visa application. We decided to go with the service and paid up front because they told us they could get it done that week. We then got an email changing the date of our appointment to the following week and also stating that we would receive a follow up email within 24 hours with the details. This email never came, and 48 hours later we had to call them to cancel our appointment, since we were on a tight schedule and could not wait for them to keep delaying. However, cancelling our service and getting a refund was a long winded, waste of our time that took multiple emails and phone calls with many examples of staff members saying they would get back to us for them to never do so; to still not be refunded our original up front fee several days later.

  Our experience with AIS was overall pleasant, however we had few misunderstanding. We had an appointment ( consultation) with Natalie Pashley , she was very friendly and professional. She provided a very competent information during the appointment and quickly followed up with us via email. Natalie responded very professionally and informative to all our questions.
