Carl and the team are always helpful in any adjustments or urgent orders. I recently shopped here for the first time. I am local so could collect keeps the cost down! I ordered half a mutton. This is the best I’ve ever had. I have so far made tagine, curry, moussaka and roasted two joints. Outstanding flavour, lean and tender. Also bought pigs cheeks - gorgeous. And lambs liver - tender and tasty.
