An appalling level of service with rude CFRs who tried to drop me off in the middle of nowhere when I had a broken leg after the Cambridge Half Marathon 2020. Even after complaining about this, they took a year to get back to me with a formal response which turned out to also be rude and totally did not address my issue. I would not trust this company at all for ambulance services and am completely disgusted by their handling of my situation.
