    The name "Immaculate dry cleaners" is a joke. Nothing about them is immaculate. I dropped some clothes off to be dry cleaned and when I got them back they were still filthy. I complained and they agreed to clean them again and finally the marks came out, so I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and send my wedding dress there to be cleaned after I got married. The dress came back dull and still covered in marks, some of which I swear weren't there when I dropped it off...I decided to take the dress to a different dry cleaner to be cleaned again, and he agreed that the dress was dull and had likely been dry cleaned with coloured clothes. So basically my wedding dress is ruined. You'd be better off throwing you clothes in the bin than getting them cleaned here.
