So far I've had my patch test and 1 session for tattoo removal. Rob is very friendly and does everything properly. You can tell he takes his profession seriously and puts great care in his work. I paid for 3 sessions where you get the fourth free which is a great deal and I'd have been silly to not take it. Looking forward to future visits with Rob :)

I visited on 11 NOV 2022 for an initial consultation( tattoo removal+ test patch) Rob was very friendly and professional, he explained the process of laser treatment thoroughly and checked my medical history to ensure it would be safe to go ahead with my treatment. I've been explained the pre and after care at my level of understanding. Rob then proceed to take a 'before' picture of my tattoo and went ahead with the laser. I've been given clean googles to protect my vision. The test patch took less than a minute, the skin was cleaned and freezing cold air was released onto the treated area to reduce any discomfort. Rob was very gentle and was constantly checking with me to make sure I was OK. Once the patch has been completed the Aloe Vera and dressing was applied. I have been recommended to wear it until the next day and follow all aftercare steps( paper copy supplied) My next appointment was today 25 NOV 2022. On arrival Rob ensured that there was no changes to my medical history and proceed to check on the previous patch test. Yet again he took the photo of tattoo for records. The tattoo was cleaned and we proceed with the removal (same process as when I had my patch test). The salon is very clean and warm, but there is air conditioning for warmer weather. The best part of my experience was being treated by Rob. He is soo caring and bubbly. I was bit anxious prior to my treatment but he managed to ease this for me with his calming personality. I tend to get a bit light headed in stressful situations, this was the case on this occasion. Rob remained calm and offered me a glass of water ( coffee and chocolate as well but Ive only needed some water) and advised to lay down. Thank you for taking such a good care of me! Very professional, and passionate about the work he carries out. Highly recommend!! My next treatment is to take place 10 weeks from now. Price was very reasonable and to my suprise the £20 fee for patch test visit was deducted from my total on this visit. Service: Laser tattoo removal

Wonderful service and Rob has helped immensely with my on going acne issues. Completed a course of IPL's and LED phototherapy and my skin looks better than it has done in years. I'm looking forward to continuing with the treatments and I highly recommend as it has been a great addition in helping reduce my acne and post inflammatory erythema

Rob has been doing laser tattoo removal for me and I am so pleased with the results after two full sessions, so far my tattoo has faded much more than I expected at this stage. Rob is easy to contact by watsapp if I have any questions and is very friendly and welcoming at the salon. The salon is very clean and his cooling machine is very welcome when having treatment done!
