10/10!!! We are a property management company with several properties in Birmingham. Iman Property Maintenance is our go-to handyman for any maintenance issues in our properties. We've been working with him for 6 months already and all I can say is he's always on time, very responsive, and always ready to help even if it's a last minute request. He's got almost everything you will need for maintaining your property. Very very very much recommended!!! Services: General repairs, Furniture assembly, Paint indoors, Repair water fixtures

This is guy is a absolute joke, poor communication throughout, started first day barely did anything just took the bathroom floor tiles off and kitchen mat off which believe me would take a matter of minutes yet some how claimed he actually did work. Then I called him the second day he refused to answer any calls and said he needed a skip asap which he responded only via text messages saying he might come later, then gets offended when I took his friends number to try and find out where his friend is, by the way him and his 'friend' visited my property to know what what work was to be carried out and his friend had no idea he was suppose to carry out work at the property and this Shahid claimed he took a two weeks off to work at the house, then said he would handover keys to his friend as well as the project as he's being left in the dark pot kettle black spring to mind, please avoid this so called 'builder'

Shahid’s level of service is exceptionally high. He responded to my phone calls and messages promptly and gave me some good advice for a bathroom flooring job I needed doing quickly. He arrived when he said he would and did a good job of the flooring and some other bits and bobs. He even took a piece of vinyl I had bought by mistake back to the shop and sent me the refund! On top of that he is a thoroughly nice bloke. I’ll use him again for certain. Services: Install flooring, Home maintenance & repairs
