My favourite play centre to take my Grandchildren. Always clean, staff always coming round to clear tables. I recommend you get there when it first opens as it gets crazy busy. We drive for an hour to visit Imagine and the children have a fantastic time. Food is very reasonably priced. Your kids will love it.

Only open weekends and school holidays so very busy and long queues to get in. No time limit on how long you can stay which means waiting around for people to leave before you can enter. Would be handy to have a booking system with hour/two hour slots. Once in it was okay, clean enough on first glance but a bit grubby on closer inspection. Seemed short staffed, could do with someone monitoring the under 2.5 year old area to ensure no older kids entered... several older kids were in the area and nearly knocked over the smaller babies several times whilst running around. Instead a staff member would come over every now and again to remind kids/parents of the age restriction. Only allowed to consume food/drink bought on the premises, which isn't ideal for smaller babies/toddlers but can understand for older kids. Would only return at a push if no other options available or if numbers were limited/booking available.
