    Back in 2018 we booked a cruise and tour around South America with Imagine Cruising. We had cruised with Holland America before so we knew what to expect from the cruise but after the cruise we were going on to Buenos Aries, Iguazu and Rio. We knew the package was good value and a bit of an adventure so we booked. Eventually in 2023 three years and an epidemic later we travelled and looking back now everything we started to look forward to in 2018 was enjoyed in 2023. Thank you Imagine Cruising. My only comment is that in an age where I chat from phone to someone anywhere in the world. Communication of itinerary changes and confirmation during the trip needs to be better. When your somewhere new where you don’t speak the language and your being told to do something different to the itinerary you have been issued with, it causes an awful lot of doubt and consternation. This was certainly the case amongst our group travelling together. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Imagine Cruising again

    Poor organization services . We had to disembark off the ship at 9am sitting here in Amsterdam having to wait till 12 for our transfer. Surely have had some many SA residents book through your company you aware of the ships docking and departure times. Quick to take ones money very poor after sales and customer services.. disgusted

    Thank you to everybody for their input to our recent holiday. We had a lovely time cruising the islands of Croatia and then staying three nights in Montenegro. From the moment we spoke with Brad Perry to arrange our booking everyone at Imagine Cruising could not have been more helpful. Everything about our holiday worked like clockwork. Our thanks must also extend to the guys who represent Imagine Cruising in Croatia and Montenegro. We had no idea what to expect of our holiday but from the moment we were met at the airport we found everyone to be friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble - you only had to ask if there was anything you needed and everyone was happy to help. I understand that English is taught at an early age in Croatia and Montenegro so everyone was able to understand and help us. Once we were all onboard MS Roko, with our glass of champagne and canapes, the Cruise Manager, Nikola, was at pains to ensure everyone was happy and asked if there was anything he needed to know in order to ensure that everyone had a good holiday. He and the crew did everything to ensure our needs were catered for. Life on board, and at every island location, was simply beautiful. The boat is fantastic. Nikola ensured all guests were well informed and well looked after. Bojan and Alexandra looked after everyone in the dining room at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food that Marco produced in the kitchen was simply delicious and all dietary requirements were covered without a problem. I am sorry that I cannot remember the name of the kitchen assistant, the chambermaid, or the two sailors but the entire crew were most friendly and helpful. Every location visited was delightful and the tour guides equally friendly, informative and helpful. When we transferred from Croatia to Montenegro we were sad to say "Goodbye" to Nikola and the team onboard but our new tour manager, Djordje (George) provided us with the same great care and attention to ensure that our next three days would be equally enjoyable. He was extremely thorough and helpful when it came to arranging our transfer back to Dubrovnik. I could go on and on about every aspect of our 11 days away but suffice to say we had a lovely time - made all the more enjoyable by the wonderful people working on behalf of Imagine in Croatia and Montenegro. Thank you all - we are looking forward to our next holiday with Imagine.

    Current Booking Ref. IMC-108775. Very poor communication with zero response to important e-mail queries. Details in writing very scant and limited and no reassurances forthcoming. I will certainly think twice before using Imagine again.

    I would suggest that people be very wary about booking with Imagine Cruising. The booking agents are very polite and friendly but there was an inevitable price uplift from the initial quoted price. This is not unreasonable in itself but the scale of the price uplift was substantial and was immediately halved when it became obvious that I was aware of the general level of uplift between obscured and non obscured balcony cabins. Imagine Cruising could not tell me which London airport the flights were flying from or whether the flights were direct or indirect to Japan, as they said that they were not currently available to book and would confirm 8-10 months before departure. However I am aware that many airlines, including BA and Japan Airlines, are currently available to book. Even though they could not tell me which airport we would be flying from or whether we would be flying direct or indirect and on what route, they required a very high deposit and would require full payment earlier than travel companies I have previously dealt with. The deposit required was £2636 pp on a £4400 holiday(almost 60% of the total), with the balance payable 17 weeks before travel (normally I would expect 8-12 weeks). According to other Google reviews many people have complained that there is poor communication from Imagine Cruising and unexpected changes once the large deposit has been paid. While the holiday could work out absolutely fine and you may not end up flying from Luton via Kazakhstan I was not prepared to part with such a large deposit with such uncertainty and such poor reviews on Google.

    We have recently returned from a land tour of the Italian Lakes and cruise with Silversea booked through Imagine. Lakes tour was ok, but transfer times meant little time in resorts. Rep. Was a freelance who was brought in at the last minute and knew little about the company. Hotel in Varenna not 4 star standard, very small rooms. On the whole communication very poor. We didn't rate the cruise either as they did not meet my dietary needs as promised. Has put me off booking again as it was an expensive holiday and I felt we did not get value for money.

    Absolutely appalled by this company and emerald cruising. Cutting a long story short, my mother booked a cruise in July 2022. Unfortunately and sadly she has been diagnosed with alzheimers and vascular dementia and has absolutely no recollection of booking or paying the £3500 for herself and my father. Due to her condition she also did not book any travel insurance and my father was unaware she had booked anything. This cruise only came to light last weekend when after numerous phonecalls, which she kept hanging up on, then eventually a call being answered by my daughter, did we know that she had booked it. Having sent a doctors letter confirming her diagnosis, as requested by Imagine cruising, which I believe was then forwarded to Emerald cruises, and numerous calls to each company, I have today been informed that neither company with give any form of refund, either full or part. This elderly couple would have just as well have been scammed out of this money. Never have I been so disgusted in company as I am today, and I await some form of correspondence in response to this from Senior Management.

    I’m going to say that we have had a good experience of Imagine Cruising ! A little hiccup with communication but that was a minor issue all told. The package we booked was amazing value. Five days in Bali in a lovely hotel then off to Singapore where we stayed a night in a hotel - not the one we were told and we didn’t get an email telling us it had changed. However we are grown ups and worked it out as others had received emails . The Queen Elizabeth was a beautiful ship and we had a great balcony cabin. There was quite a bit of moaning and groaning but that’s people for you . All I can say is that my husband and I enjoyed ourselves immensely and Imagine cruising really did what they advertised. We go to Mt Fuji tomorrow and I am fairly sure there will not be cherry blossom as it’s over and that kind of sold us the trip however I guess it’s like the Northern Lights - sometimes you don’t get to see it! I read reviews before we left and felt rather worried however all has been good and at no time have we been left stranded. We will book again with them too.
