So I dropped my phone over a year ago and finally had the money to fix it. I chose this company because of the reviews. When I was in the shop they ruined my evening and left me in tears and a panic attack. They said it would be ready in 45 minutes so I left and came back. I told them it had to be ready as I had to get back home. When I came back they said sorry we haven't done it yet because we forgot to ask you about the colour of the side of the screen won't match the original so do I still want them to go ahead. So I had to wait again and as they knew I was in a rush they said it would be done in 30-minutes. An hour later I was still waiting! In tears I walked back to the tube station knowing my whole night was ruined! To top it all off, They must have used incredibly cheap chinese glass from AliExpress because it's scratched and cracked just by it sitting in my handbag, as it has always lived in the past, with the case surrounding it, which has never happened before with the original Huawei screen. This is why they say pay cheap, you buy twice so I may as well have gone direct to Huawei and paid full price! So disappointing! I'm practically back to square one again!
