Just had the home curtains cleaned professionally...!! Brilliant job done and they took extra care to ensure that pelmets were maintained in shape and colour consistency too. Delivered back home by Raj at no extra charge which was a great help given the sheer weight of them. Excellent local dry cleaners on Barnt Green high street, Found the service much more personal than the chain cleaners at local supermarket.

This drycleaner ripped and stained my wedding reception outfit. Make sure you photograph your clothes before you take it in so you have proof of any damage caused by them as they immediately denied responsibility. So upset ;(

Paid for two suits to be cleaned and one to have a 3cm seam restitched. After going to collect them I was told to come back a day later, as they were not ready on time. Once I returned to collect the following day, I arrived home and discovered only one suit had been cleaned and the seam repair hadn't been carried out. When I returned to the store I was told that I was not entitled to a full refund, despite only one suit being cleaned, the repair not being carried out and being charged for all the work without it being completed, even though none of the service had been carried out! I have used images for the last four years, I will never use them again!
