If i could give minus stars I would! We will never use this company ever again. 1) We used them to print images and foamex boards for an exhibition and the quality was so poor (images had a green tone). They re-did this with no apology and it was still poor. Then we found that the sizes of the images were cut wrongly (didn't realise it was so hard to follow A3, A4, A5 requests!) so they did not fit the frames we were using for an exhibition which we spent THOUSANDS on which really ruined our presentation. 2) After this I never wanted to use them again but naively used them for printing colour A4 copies - A BASIC thing and again (purely because they are close to us so it would have been convenient) but again it had a green tone and when mentioning this the owner Mike was rude and was blaming this down to the images we sent. Prior to this he was late on printing the copies when he knew this was urgent, so I was already frustrated. Then to finally get it and to be let down on quality YET again was the final straw. I told him to take his copies back and we will never use him again. There wasn't an apology, no care for his work. Just a bad attitude. Despite Mike trying to blame our image quality, we sent the same images to Torplan on Heaton Moor Road (local) and the images were completely fine when printed by them and also cheaper! I can't believe the attitude of the owner and how he did not care how unprofessional he had behaved. WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! WORST SERVICE. I'D RATHER PAY TRIPLE THE PRICE THAN EVER GO BACK TO THIS COMPANY!!!!
