Had a bathroom fitted just over 2 years ago. We are still having problems now. Spent nearly £10’000 on a brand new family bathroom. We now have a toilet we cannot use as it’s leaking through to our kitchen ceiling, shower that has broke, shower doors that do not close and both plugs for bath and sink do not work. We will be putting in a formal complaint with them. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs

3rd time we've used them, this time for a bedroom. Fantastic ideas, got far more then we were after for much less then we expected. Fitter was really friendly and happy to work around our work and childcare commitments. One panel was wasn't quite right but it was changed within a week- not bad as it was the week before Christmas! All round great experience again.

We had a total kitchen and dining room refit at the end of 2020. We had 4 companies to quote and were most impressed with the ideas put forward by Jeff from Image Interiors. We thought, however, that because of the amount of input and what was suggested that they would be out of our price range. Not so !! They were actually in the bottom two for cost and we're absolutely delighted with every aspect of the work completed. Very professional fitter, electrician, flooring repair man and delivery driver. Nothing was too much trouble for our fitter Dean - he even pumped my car tyres up for me one day !! Highly recommended and looking forward to being able to invite the key personnel round to ours for a 'Thank You Celebration' once we're able to do so safely after lockdown.
