The service was great. The minivan came on time and took us to our place without any problems. The ride was smooth and comfortable. The seats are really comfortable and it was very clean. Also, when we were dropped off, our driver waited for us and was ready to go as soon as we finished and wanted to depart. We also wanted to make a slight change to the route with a Pit stop and he was flexible and willing to change. A really great service and I had a great experience.

Very good for family tripand very clean and tidy minibus. Very comfortable and the Ilyas bhai as well very nice nature and very kind man. They show some new places to visit during our journey and we really enjoyed that. I prefer to whoever like long journey or trip contact him.

I waited a whole week to get confirmation on the job, in order for me to pay the deposit, at which point my passengers went from 16 to 9. Because of the delay half of them went off to make their own arrangements so I lost business, apparently Ilyas was busy driving taking other jobs. After paying my deposit and confirming the job. Ilyas, sent me a message stating that he did not have a bus to suit my numbers. He failed to offer an alternative, or apologizing, after keeping me waiting for so long. TERRIBLE SERVICE, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.I was left very angry and frustrated. I received my deposit and booked with a more reliable company. JULIE.J
