A slight pinch in my upper back, although not restricting movement, was uncomfortable when training, but following my first (and what won't be my last) appointment with Darren, it is no more. Booked another appintment and will be doing so each month from now on; as they say ... prevention is better than cure. Fantastic service ... and such is Darren's way, it felt like we've been friends for years.

I followed this up to sort out my running injuries with Darren doing the sports massage, who was equally superb at identifying the issues and helping me get running again. Really impressed by his ability to identify the pains and get rid of them. Both Andrew and Darren offer a friendly and excellent service for which I am very grateful.
