BEWARE!!! I don't usually do this but we had a weird experience with Gian at illusion. I went for a quote where he asked me if i have managed to get any quotes from competitors when i mentioned a competitors name he started exposing them how they work and treat customers which was a bit strange.Later on we placed order with illusion it was the worst of experience we had. Sign was delayed for weeks and when it was installed a week later lights went off and now we have been chasing him to sort the issue out but he's been ignoring us. Then we called the company which he was trying to blame, they turned up and fixed our issues. After discussing with fitters who came to fix the electrical issues from the competitor company they told us gian has been doing this for a few years and this is the reason he had to close his business in 2018 and now he's working for illusion. BE Careful with Illusion sign print ideology how they get work by defaming competitors. I have already submitted a CCJ against the company and now we are waiting for court to get my money back. Proofs can be provided.
