Main lightfitting too large for ceiling aperture. Enquiries made to return or exchange. Advised items could be returned for a 20% re-stocking fee. We spent £1900 in total, so Illuminati want to charge us almost £400 to return the lights. Completely understand the charge for the main light that has been opened and will need retesting, but to charge 20% on the entire order, including 4 wall lights completely unopened in their boxes as sent by the company??? Questionable. Total rip off and appalling, dismissive customer services. Shop elsewhere if you can!
