The person on the end of the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional, he did not have the patience to wait 10 seconds for me to bring up some travel details, he started insulting me and swearing at me due to his lack of patience. Honestly disappointing how someone can do this job all day ever day and not have the patience to shut up at wait 10 seconds. Very disappointing would not recommend.
