Is there an additional fee for pets staying in the room or any specific rules we should be aware of?

Yes, there is an additional fee of £10 per pet per night. We do have specific rules that we ask pet owners to follow, such as keeping pets on a leash in public areas and not leaving them unattended in the room. We also ask that you notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet so that we can prepare accordingly.

Are there any specific pet-friendly amenities available at your accommodations, such as designated outdoor areas or walking trails?

Yes, we have a designated outdoor area where pets can exercise and stretch their legs. We also have walking trails nearby that you can explore with your furry friend.

How often are the rooms cleaned and sanitized, especially in areas where pets may have stayed?

Our housekeeping staff cleans and sanitizes the rooms daily, with special attention given to areas where pets may have stayed. We take cleanliness seriously and want all of our guests, both human and animal, to feel comfortable and safe during their stay.

What is your policy on noise and behavior from pets in public areas of the accommodations, such as lobbies or dining areas?

We ask that pet owners be respectful of other guests and keep their pets under control at all times. Excessive barking or disruptive behavior may result in a request to leave public areas. We want all of our guests to enjoy their stay, and that includes both those with and without pets.

Terrible service from a very blunt older lady with died hair. We have a 1 year old and were told simply "no highchairs" by her - not sure if that's even allowed? She was so short with us the entire time for no reason and the whole encounter was also just very strange. She took our first order for two coffees and just said "Black, yes?" before pacing off. I had to shout across the restaurant "No, with Milk please" by which time she was already back behind the bar because she'd walked off so quickly! Very odd customer service. This place is in a great location at the end of a fantastic children's park - you would expect a lot more than this place in terms of the service and food & drink
