I bought some mute clip channels and mute clips. They work very well for their purpose and i am very satisfied with the result. I was also very impressed by the 10m roll of techsound s band. Its an adhesive tape almost of think high density resin like material which has the trait of doing well at sealing joints or being put over screw holes. Im not an expert so this products helped me decouple my plasterboard from the carpet a little bit more to make it air tight and allowed me to clean up any mistskes maked on the plasterboard joints. However, i was recommended by ikoustics website before purchasing to buy some self tapping screws. I bought the recommended screws and they were way too short to pierce my 15mm plasterboard and attach to the mute clip channels. I wish i was recommended twice the length of screw but i went to local store for an easy fix. Every product though was good value and did the job. Thanks alot

This company is ridiculous! I spent £1630 with them and they can’t offer basic customer service regarding delivery day and time. I arranged labour to help me with 30 sheets of acoustic plasterboard which weight 44kg each and they delivered one day earlier. Almost break my back carrying by myself. Second delivery 6 roll of Tecsound came next day afternoon instead of morning as they advised. I had to take full day off from work instead of half. No email, sms or phone call regarding my delivery day schedule. I had to called them three times to find out and they still got wrong! I definitely don’t recommend this company to anyone as you can buy exact same products from someone else and I won’t buy from them ever again!

Next day delivery charged at 85+vat, no information to track delivery provided. HOWEVER, after contacting them over the phone, they have been very helpful to sort out the issue. Hence, I changed this review from 1 star to 4 stars. I still recommend them to work with an alternative delivery company who has the right system set up to inform customers when they pick up the parcel and when they are going to deliver the parcel.
