David at Ikon kitchens came highly recommended from a neighbour. Finding a reliable trader these days is hard. After shopping around, we decided to go with David. And he was as good as expected. We had a main kitchen area and a utility / spice kitchen done by David and his team, completed in Oct-Nov 2022. Design, selection of worktops/units, installation, aftercare - nothing was too much trouble. Always at the end of a telephone or email. And his installer Duncan is meticulous and reliable. When several unexpected challenges in our extension work was threatening the timescales, and the completion, that’s when David’s true worth came through. He was there throughout, sorting any glitches, advising as needed, calling suppliers and sorting the rearranged schedules without any hesitation. He even came with his tool kit and sorted a tall unit door installation so the builders could proceed instead of asking us to wait a week as planned for the installer to fit. And, aftercare was excellent too. A minor problem with the range cooker which could have been easily left to the customer to contact the manufacturer was dealt with by David. He took time to visit and understand the problem, contacted the manufacturer and arranged the engineer visit. We would recommend David and Ikon kitchens any day.

We would highly recommend Ikon Kitchens. David is brilliant, he listened to what we wanted and came up with a fabulous design. He was patient and understanding as we kept tweaking the design. He got lots of samples for us, from doors, work surfaces to taps etc. so that we could compare and choose. Nothing was a problem for David. The fitters David uses were also great, really lovely guys. If you want a new kitchen with a touch of class go to Ikon Kitchens, Boldmere.

I have been extremely impressed by the complete service provided by David at Ikon Kitchens in association with his recommended fitters, Andy and Duncan. My kitchen needed total renovation and is too small to make it easy to fit the usual range of appliances and provide a good working area, however the finished result, with which I am delighted, is a real testament to the skills of all three. As has been commented on by others, David spent a lot of time considering my requirements and the best way to use the available space. I also appreciated his low pressure but helpful attitude throughout. Andy and Duncan were a pleasure to have working in the house. They were tidy and very considerate and have done a great job. Having also discussed my kitchen plans with several large kitchen retailers, I believe that the service provided by Ikon is competitively priced but far superior and I'm very happy to give them a five star review.

David at Ikon Kitchens provided a complete design and supply function for our new kitchen and we are delighted with the result. David made the whole process quick and easy. From the first visit to our home, David took the time to understand our requirements for the new kitchen and advised us on every step. We had a limited budget but David was able to offer a range of high quality affordable solutions which have resulted in a fantastic new kitchen. David also has an expert eye for design and included a breakfast bar option into the design as I had mentioned wishing we could eat in the kitchen also. I had not expected this and it turned out to be perfect. I cannot recommend David highly enough, his customer service is outstanding, nothing was ever too much trouble. First class service all round.

Everything was delivered and fitted on time. The team contracted to fit the kitchen were superb. The design looks stunning and having lived with it now for some months it works well, all appliances in the most useful positions and the breakfast/dining area is a real hit with family and guests alike. We chose Ikon Kitchens in preference to a number of other local kitchen providers. On initial contact David was very friendly and helpful without trying to force the sale, and we were more than happy with his range of products and price. The kitchen fitting was delayed by lockdown but David kept in touch and we were able to have the full refit, including flooring, over the summer. We are delighted with the outcome! The fitters Andy and Duncan were also excellent, very accommodating and always keen to leave us in the most workable situation at the end of each day. David has been fantastic from start to finish. We spent a lot of time with David at Ikon designing our kitchen, every detail thought about and David helped us understand options, features and what would and would not work for our kitchen. Having now had the kitchen installed it’s clear the products are high quality and look amazing. Work surfaces were fitted immaculately and look amazing. We had Samsung appliances and haven’t been disappointed. The Bora hob is a great piece of kit and worth every penny. Until you start using it you don’t really appreciate how good it is and the quality of the extractor and all components. I would recommend Ikon to anybody. Great design service, quality products and competitive prices.
