Poor staffing in this store and I can see lots of IKEA people talking and laughing amongst themselves whiles the return till has just one person, so did the restaurant whilst customers waiting over 45 mins to return an item and then 30 mins in restaurant to get food . Reminds me old days of paying utility bills in 1980 s Shame on you IKEA Someone in IKEA management needs a kick in the back side for recruitment such inconsiderate staff and managers who can't see customers suffering
