While on shop floor there is lots of helpfull staff, at customer service desk (exchange/spare parts) there were only 2 young girls and unacceptably long waiting times. 1.They told me to wait couple of mins, but after 15mins Ive had to give up. While I needed replacement spare part worth few pennys, my time as busy professional is worth £1 per minute! Honestly I have never seen humans moving as slow, as those girls at help desk :)) Only good for customers pensioners, who are happy to sit in comfy chairs there and waitas long as it takes.
