Terrible online service. Ordered from website did not receive a confirmation email to say it was successful,was not told a delivery date or when it had been dispatched or given a eta. The rOnly reason I knew I wasn’t scammed was when a Royal Mail driver randomly showed up at my house 2 and half weeks later . Due to me not being notified on delivery I missed it . Would never ever shop with this company and so unprofessional Edit : I would also like to add instead of replying rudely to criticism maybe take it as a learning curve . The worst part of my experience was not receiving any form of confirmation once I paid , if I had received an email to say it had been ordered I wouldn’t feel as though I was scammed . But again the unprofessional of the company shows
