    Picked up our motorhome today and we can not express how well we were looked after from the test drive with Paul and purchase the contact with Liam, John. Paul did our hand over and explained how to use the van from opening doors to how to use the appliances fill water gas etc. it was great and we came away with knowledge of how our van works. We will definitely buy there again thanks to all the staff for their help. I would also like to mention Harry who cleaned and valeted our van and although it is not a brand new van it certainly felt like one with how clean and fresh it felt when we drove away thanks again to you all.

    We have had our ih 630RL now for a couple of months, and I always think that reviews should be left until you've had the opportunity to have experience the whole product and everything associated with it. This review needs to be separated into several parts, Sales, Build Quality and After Sales. Sales: The sales team do the most amazing job within ih. They are super helpful, knowledgable and every time I contacted them were polite and nothing was too much trouble and certainly not pushy. These vehicles could sell themselves in fairness, but with Nicola leading the way from the front, you start to feel like a part of the family. The Build Quality: Everything about our ih630RL is simply amazing. The attention to detail and the build quality is beyond anything that I've seen before in any van conversions. ih have clearly listened to customers and have placed things (like sockets etc) in areas that are of most use and accessible. The van is really comfortable to spend a couple of weeks in and drives wonderfully. I did a lot of review checking buying a Peugeot Boxer van and have not been disappointed at all. After Sales: Having had a few periods away in our van and having made a few mistakes, even though the handover from John was tip top, I still have had to make a couple of phone calls for help. John has responded as quickly as we could hope for, even a Saturday afternoon when he wasn't working. This should give anybody that buys an ih van a real warm fuzzy feeling knowing that the people within the company care so much about their products and the people that buy from them. Tiggy, a young lady that deals with people after the sales, sits in a different league to anybody that I've ever dealt with from an aftersales department. She is quite simply amazing at looking after people and assisting you with any requests that you might have. Tiggy is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us some quality ideas and steers. With John and Tiggy to assist on the day of pick up, it really was a complete pleasure and something that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks for the most amazing van. David and Michelle

Also a mention for Jordan who deals with the Admin side of things, again,so helpful and efficient. Handover was thorough and they made it a very enjoyable experience for us. Brilliant team!!
