It was a very pleasant experience! Due to the sudden cancellation of the previously reserved bus, we had to temporarily change the company, and finally contacted this company. Even during non-working hours, the customer service staff actively communicated with us to confirm the use of the car. The driver is also very professional, warm and friendly. Hired IGO for a Boxing Day trip to the races. Picked them as they had the best price / best vehicle. Was a little nervous when I saw some of the reviews, but all I can say is we were DELIGHTED. Turned up earlier, were flexible when we wanted to leave a little later than planned, our driver was great, made a stop when we asked him too, dropped / collected us from the door, really good communications all day. We’re planning the same trip next year, so will be using IGO again. Service: Special events

A truly awful experience. I chose your service over others because it was advertised that the there would be a working toilet on board our bus. Upon arrival the driver, Qin Wang, told us that he didn't have the key and we could not use it. We therefore requested that we would need to make multiple stops on our journey because of this. Throughout the journey Qin Wang was belligerent and reluctant to make stops. Multiple passengers requested we make toilet breaks over a 4 hour journey and Qin Wang refused and became extremely aggressive. Our experience with Igo Travel was horrible, I will never be using it again, and I urge others to stay away as well. Service: Private charters

Great service, drivers waited for almost a full hour as our wedding was running late, all guests arrived promptly and safely. They could not find us a size coach we wanted on the day but instead replaced with 2 coaches which more than suited us.

If I could give this company a 0 I would! Myself and a group of parents booked this company to for transportation for year 6 boys end of school trip. That us parents has organised. The bus arrived over an hour late because the driver had not received the booking even though I called and confirmed the booking the day before. The driver turns up and it not even the bus we’d paid for. The booking happened to fall on the hottest day of the year so imagine these poor 10/11 year olds having to wait out in the heat for a coach driver who kept lying and saying his 10mins away when he was not. Them being late meant the 2 hours event us parents paid for was cut short. On the way back the driver decided to go though a width restriction which clearly the bus could not fit through to then crash into the bollards with our sons on the bus. After several calls and emails to the manager Huan and Vivien I have not even received any form of compensation for them being over an hour late, sending the wrong coach or even an apology or a check-in to make sure our boys are ok after experiencing being in a crash no matter how severe it was. If you want my honest opinion DO NOT BOOK with this coach company. Service: Youth transportation

10/10. We were a bit worried at first as we booked through coachhirecomparison.co.uk and we didn’t receive the driver details until 7pm the night before (apparently they don’t allocate drivers until the evening before a trip). Nevertheless, the minibus was great (it had nice leather seats with tables/cup holders for our drinks etc) and we connected to the Bluetooth to play music on the journey. The driver was a lovely guy and the price was the cheapest of all the quotes we received - good value for money
