Terrible equipment resulting in defaults and machinery having to be reset. Almost £50 for an hour of resetting and defaulted machinery. Thought for the price it would be great but seriously disappointed. Better to sit in an arcade (which there is one in farnborough town so not far to go) throwing money in the racing machines and would be cheaper, comfier, better spec, better experience and less resetting.

On the day we have arrived for my son’s birthday party with 8 other kids, the lady said there is no any booking! Imagine how the kids felt when they heard the lady, then when I showed the booking form, then she said it was for the next day. Then I pointed out the date on the form she then said oh it was for Lazer tag party although we booked for ignition race Eventually she has found the notes then we got in. Not even any apology for the confusion. When I booked the party I’ve ordered extra pizza and chips. Then emailed them for confirming the order as well as calling them on the same day to make sure we have the food right. Then it turns out no extra food then the lady says she didn’t speak to me she hasn’t got extra order in place. Then luckily another staff been helpful and cooked two more pizzas for the kids. The kids had to wait for their food half way through their eating. There is no communication between the owner and the staff. The ignition race was very good kids loved it. But that was the only good part. The management and communication is very poor
