Visited the showroom and had a really helpful conversation about options for replacing fire that had been assessed as unrepairable. Subsequently ordered the fire and Ignition put me in touch with engineer Will Carter who came to measure up for the new new fire tray but in doing so identified the issue and was able to fix the fire. Although this meant that no new fire needed, Ignition were great to deal with and I would not hesitate to use them when I look to upgrade. Can also highly recommend Will Carter and will use him again when need gas fire fitting or service.

I am a long standing supplier of Giles and his team at Cranleigh and they are a pleasure to do business with. They have a true wealth of expert knowledge and the new destination showroom is well worth a drive out to see, as they have so much working product on display. Many showrooms these days have sized down their offerings, but that is really not the case here hence i would firmly recommend a visit!
