    I started working for the Bromsgrove branch during the covid pandemic, since joining the team I have worked with many different people all of them wonderful and welcoming! I have made so many friends and some who I’ve even come to consider family! I work on a zero hour contract with ignite and the hours I work compliment well with my other job! The management is very understanding and help build a rota that is both suitable for myself and the company! Care is hard work and sometimes even challenging but extremely rewarding when you have the right team by your side and service users who look forward to seeing you!

    I can’t speak highly enough of ignite - they have been amazing looking after my mum since her discharge from hospital. They met with us beforehand and were professional and caring. All the staff have been lovely - patient with my mum and kind. They all go above and beyond to do an outstanding job. I don’t know what we would have done without them. Lorna and Suzie have been brilliant as the backbone of the team. We have never had to use care providers before and we feel very lucky that our first experience has been with ignite.

    The Ladies and Gents at the Bromsgrove branch looked after my Nan after she came out of hospital very weak and near deaths doors, their happy and bubbly personalities lifted her spirits she even ate the food they were preparing for her (at that time she wouldn’t eat) and the cheeky snacks they left her. From coming out of hospital until she passed they were great, when she was at the end the girls would come in and do their job professionally but also hold the fort to give myself and my other family members a break and a shower (which when your up all night with a loved one for several days) felt amazing. Lorna and Suzy were the backbone of that company and now they are within the management team you really can’t go wrong, they went above and beyond many times for me and my family and we are so grateful. Thank you all <3

    I manage Bromsgrove and it's a Wonderful place to work great team. My carers are passionate HARDWORKING and such and asset to both me and Suzy and ignite. We take care of fantastic service users that have become our family over the last 6 years and me and my team enjoy making an amazing difference to people's lives. A team that goes above and beyond in everything they can. No matter the weather or the issues they face day in and day out the emotional they experience along the way they muddle through. They always make sure the service users have a fulfilled and happy life and the best quality of life that can possible be given to them I can honestly say Im a extremely lucky manager to have the support from my managing directors when I need it and the loyalty and respect from my carers,service users and their families. No one is perfect we are faced with many obstacles along the way, but as a team we over come them.

    I work at ignite bromsgrove. I would highly recommend the carers they are a great team and have become family to me. We work well together team no matter what. The service users have become like family to us. The managers lorna and suzie always have the staffs and service users best interests at heart no matter what. They are fare to all staff and always happy to help no matter what as we are a strong team. Lorna will always go that extra mile for service users as in staying at calls longer when there has been a emergency. She has helped me through some bad times even when I havnt been at work I can always go to lorna and suzie if needed no matter what.

    Superb at their job. Three years they have been looking after my mum and dad and without them I'd be in trouble. They are fantastic at everything they do. Both Lorna and Suzie the management team in Bromsgrove go that extra mile to help where ever it is needed. A special mention to Kelly and Tina who also care extremely well for my parents. I can't fault Ignite in anyway shape or form. I highly recommend them and have done to get the company additional work with other families.

    I do not use their services, but as an employer they are absolutely appalling. If I could rate them no stars, I would. Handing out rotas, changing them at the last minute, threatening to reduce hours to nothing if you complain not honouring overtime and on call payments, not obeying their own rules for extra time off when you cover extra shifts with more threats if you don't accept it. The list goes on. I know several people who work there are they all say the same. This poor and Inconsistent treatment of the workforce must and does impact on the quality of service they provide and it's all enabled by zero hours contracts and employing young staff who are not in a position to stand up for themselves. The supervisors are not good managers. Professionals don't send text messages littered with threats and four letter words.

    the bromsgrove branch are awful company to work for if you have sickness bug you still have to go into calls potentioally passing onto service users while being sick in there house !!!management vanda speek to u like dirt off your shoe,they want you to work all hours of the day! Service users are all logged and chatted about over Facebook chat!! When u leave they deduct 500 pound off ur pay and won't give u a reference evan for ur next job and this has happened to every1 iv stayed in contact with i would stay away!!!!
