    They are rushing to collect money from you all smiling and making you feel important customer and once money taken thats it no one wants to talk to you. 3 weeks im waiting for responses for my emails. No call back either. When we try to call them the person we need to speak to is not available or they will just hang up on you. Or incompetent staff will answer the phone even we call on the direct phone number.

    They may give good prices but their customer service is abysmal. Will not respond to emails and calls go unanswered. Twice I was compelled to go to their office in Wimbledon. It is a room with banks and banks of unmanned computers with only two or three members of staff. The rest are ‘working from home’. I then spoke to the manager Saam Jamalzadeh who informed me that they do not want customers coming to their office. They prefer emails or calls. What do we do when emails and calls go unanswered? Will never book with them again.

    They are not helpful at all, I received a voice message my booking was cancelled. No emails at all, I've sent 2 emails already for them just no reply. Finally I had a live chat with them, and Christian was so rude, no answer for my questions at all, and he just left me in the middle of the conversation. I asked the Royal Caribbean what happened with my booking they're said everything is fine. Iglu says cancelled and they don't know why is still valid with them. Still I haven't got back my refund.

    Paid £2600 deposit, unfortunately my wife and I were then diagnosed with cancer later. My wife then died of the cancer. My family then decided not to go on the cruise, without me and my wife. Iglu thought a £ £55.93p was a reasonable refund. Totally disgusting Would not recommend them to anyone Do not book with these people Do not touch with a barge pole

    Had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances within 14 days , they wouldn’t even give the £100 back from the £246 we paid which we were led to believe was doable as 90 days plus days till the cruise disappointed and disgusted , will not recommend this company to anyone They said we could transfer to another date if we let them know by 19th May , 2023 ( could book next year ) but I tried to explain won’t know holiday dates till jan 2024 for next year so lost the whole amount Had excellent service with cruise kings and cruise 1st Will not book ever again with Iglu Wish I’d read all these reviews before I booked I gave iglu a second chance as well as husband made a mistake booking with them last year we lost £146 then but they did give us the £100 back but this time nothing , live and learn I certainly have

    Well after previously great service from Iglu, I am afraid to say they have failed miserably. As you can see from my original 5* review below I have used them a number of times so a fairly loyal customer. We have a cruise booked for 9 of us this summer on Royal Caribbean which departs from Venice....which is actually now Ravenna, a 2.5 hour drive away. Simple solution is a RCI transfer to the ship. RCI price is £42 which is a little steep but acceptable. Only issue is if you booked the cruise via Iglu they want a £25 per person amendment fee. Yes, thats per person! I used to think using a travel agent was wise but in reality the small 3% discount you get at the front end is more than eradicated by the crazy charges they incur for any slight change and the fact you need to pay the whole balance a month earlier than if you booked direct with the cruise line. It just isn't worth the effort anymore, so my suggestion is just book directly and ditch travel agents like Iglu. ***Original Review*** Called Iglu after seeing an amazing deal with another cruise travel agent who were very unprofessional and not able to honour the price advertised. Iglu not only got the deal but they did it even cheaper. Fantastic!

    AVOID Cruise of a lifetime for my parents booked with the help from myself for a first trip since covid. This was for my mums birthday while on the cruise and a anniversary present. Cruise fare decreased by over £200 PP equaling over £400 in total and the company completely disinterested in offering possible credit, voucher or even a small upgrade. Parents Made to utter rubbish on the phone with Iglu. Trip has turned into a disappointment before even beginning. Really poor iglu and no good to customers who have booked before with you in the past and would of continued after the trip
