We have recently started using Igloo for some frozen bread samples across the UK. So far, we have been impressed with the service received. Orders are easy to place and confirmations are dealt with quickly. In regards to the delivery, we receive a confirmation of delivery, along with photographic evidence. My only suggested improvement would be if we could set-up an account, but the threshold is £1K per month. We would recommend.

Our requirements have become more complex as our business has grown and they have modified their systems to accommodate our needs. If you are looking for a refridgerated logistics company then I do not think you can do any better.
