We stayed at the Igloo Leeds Apartment and would never stay in any of this owners apartments AGAIN!! Upon arriving at 6PM they still hadn't sent the apartment number, sending pictures of where the key location is surrounding the building which was just a fence and grass.. 20 minutes later finding it. Getting through the external building door with the key waiting on the apartment number one of our guest then tried to unlock it taking some effort to realise it was already left open. On leaving at 9:30AM the next morning we followed the exact procedures as we arrived with, shutting the door behind us and pulling the external door shut and putting the key back into the lock spinning the code to keep security. To the following day the owner sending a £40 fine for not locking the apartment door in which this is how it was when we arrived!! To then leaving ourself a bad review saying we was noisy etc.. from this experience we highly believe this is a scam to gain extra money from each stay. Please be warned of this!! They keep the door unlocked on purpose to send you a fine for more money. WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN!!!

avoid!! me and my friends stoped in one for the night due to going to a concert that evening! The toilet would not flush! After rushing to get to our concert we told the guy about this in the morning they tried taking us to court!!! if we didn’t pay them money tried making out we broke things witch we would of happily owned up of this was true! The guy was messaging rudely! The place itself was fine but after trying to take us to court witch I have seen they have tried to do with other people if you’re going to stop the night take photos before hand!! I wouldn’t recommend at all I prefer a ibis hotel
