I did the Carrier Genetic Test (CGT) with this company and I can confirm the service is super smooth, professional and personalised. The customer service is excellent (thanks, Gabby). I was a bit worried about the service when I could not find any review of it. Maybe it's not a consumer-oriented company. But customer service is super helpful and provides swift replies. I mentioned "personalised" because they did listen to your request and made a series of adjustments to the process. I was surprised by the service I have received so far. The genetic counsellor was super professional during the meeting, and Alyssa gave us a presentation during the meeting. It was super straightforward and easy to understand. She is also very patient as I wrote quite a lot of Emails to her, and she always tried her best to answer my questions within hours. It took around one month to get the result, and the results were sent to us by the genetic counsellor. I think the reports were easy to understand and simple to read, and there were also charts to help to explain. Follow-up appointments will also be available if there is any further discussion on the results. Now, after completing the whole service, I think I can say the whole process is highly recommended. Just writing the review here for anyone looking for a bit of information about this company as a consumer. Hope it helps.
